Beijing Olympics inaugurated at a spectacular ceremony:
A spectacular ceremony at Bird Nest National Stadium in Beijing raised the curtains for Olympics 2008 at 08.08 p.m. on 08-08-08. George Bush, President of America, Nicolus Sarcoji, President of France and Vladimir Putin, President of Russia are the guests among the heads of 80 countries. Ms. Sonia Gandhi and M.S. Gill, Minister for Youth Affairs & Sports are the guests from India.
China created a history hosting the richest event and shown their marvelous performance in culture and technological advancement. Firecrackers rippled around the rim of the arena, strobe lights flickered and the forest of drumsticks turned a luminous red, flashing bright in the hazy, humid air. 91,000 excited spectators witnessed the event.
